Out-of-pocket office visit rates:

• Initial Acupuncture Session (60–80 minutes): $185

• Follow-Up Acupuncture Session (50 minutes): $140

Payment is due at the time of service.

Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit card, HSA/FSA, Apple Pay, and Zelle.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to an $80 cancellation fee.

Insurance

My practice is currently in network with:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield

• UnitedHealthcare

• Cigna

All other plans are considered out of network.

My office is not able to accept Medicare or Medicare supplemental plans.

Insurance Verification

To request insurance verification, please email a copy of your insurance card along with your date of birth at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Insurance Coverage & Responsibility

Insurance coverage varies by individual plan.

Being in network does not guarantee coverage for acupuncture services.

Coverage limitations may include:

• Deductibles

• Visit limits

• Condition-based restrictions

Insurance is billed as a courtesy. All financial responsibility remains with the patient, regardless of insurance status or reimbursement outcome.
