COST

Out of pocket office visit rates are as follows:

  • $165+ Initial Acupuncture Session (70-90 min)

  • $130 + Follow up Acupuncture Session (50-60 min)

Payment must be rendered at time of service. Cash, credit card, HSA, FSA, ApplePay and Venmo are accepted.

If you miss or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, there is an $80 fee.

Insurance

I am currently in network for Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, and Cigna. I am out of network for all others.

I am not a Medicare provider nor am I able to accept Medicare supplemental plans.

Please note, each individual plan varies. Being in network does NOT necessarily mean your policy covers acupuncture. I can be listed on your provider website and your policy still may not cover acupuncture services.

To verify insurance, please EMAIL your policy number, date of birth, and full name as it appears on your card at least 24 hours before initial appointment.

I bill insurance as a courtesy; all payment responsibility is ultimately that of client.
